We’re a proud family business with building in our blood. Since the 1970s, our family has been creating quality homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The photo above shows our founder back in 1970, working on one of the first homes he built. It’s a reminder of where we started and the values we still carry today – hard work, quality craftsmanship, and genuine care for every family we build for.
Based right here in Maroubra, we specialise in designing and building beautiful, functional homes for families. We understand the challenges of renovating older homes and semis, and we’re experts at blending modern living with the character you love.

James is our licensed builder and owner and has been around building sites with his builder dad since he was 5 years old. With a keen eye for design and a passion for sustainability, James is dedicated to ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. A second generation builder James brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project.
Shaun Ellis
Shaun is our project management and sales manager and has been with us for over 5 years. With a background in property and a passion for innovation, Shaun is always looking for ways to improve our processes and ensure that we are delivering the best possible results to our clients. Shaun is a true professional and is committed to delivering exceptional workmanship on every project.
Francois Fournier
Francois is our carpenter and has been in the industry for over 5 years.
