How We Work With You

Step 1
Free Onsite Consultation
Our builder James Stewart will meet with you at your home.
Here we will discuss where you are in your renovation journey, your vision, ideas and budget.
Step 2
Design and Building Consent.
This is the stage where we put all of your ideas and requirements into a plan.
We engage an designer/architect that will suit your style and budget.
In our experience it is through thoughtful design that all great build projects are spawned.
Once you are happy with your design and drawings, we submit the drawings to council for approval and construction permission.


Step 3
Quotation Process.
Now its time to draw up a comprehensive and itemised quotation.
We use our 100 point pricing checklist and BuildXact construction management software to ensure a robust and transparent contract price for your project.
It is then submitted to you and we go through it together, line by line, to ensure all items are covered.
Step 4
Contract and Certification
An industry standard contract is drawn up, shared for review and then signed by both parties and witnessed. Once the project is approved and stamped by the local council a licensed certifier is appointed to prepare and submit a construction certificate. This certificate gives legal permission to commence building works. They are the legally binding entity responsible for ensuring compliance with codes and standards. They do this through scheduled inspections during the construction and obtaining compliance certificates from essential trades.


Step 5
Time to build your dream home
This is where the rubber meets the road. Here you will meet your personal building team who will be with you for the duration of the project.
Our project management and onsite systems give you full transparency during construction. Our 284- point Quality Assurance Checklist ensures all works are completed above industry standards.
All work is conduted in a safe and timely manner.
